Return Policy:

All sales are final unless agreed upon by us in writing prior to purchase.

At our discretion, we may allow unopened items to be returned. If we do authorize a return of an unopened item, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Home trial of equipment:

If you are looking to try any of our product(s) in your system before making a purchase decision, you must make this clear to us before we ship the product(s) to you.

If we agree to allow a home trial of our product(s), your invoice will clearly state that a home trial will be allowed until a specified date.

Sales will become final if our product(s) are not returned by the date specified on your invoice.
