Hello Sue:

    I am writing this memo to both compliment and thank you and Sophia Electric for the service I have received relative to my electronic tube (Aqua II 274B) order. The audio business in the hands of some people can be difficult and very consumer unfriendly. I am -and have been- very impressed and pleased with every contact I have had with Sophia Electric and Sue relative to both the products and the service I have received. At times it can be a pleasure doing business with people and companies and based on my experience you are one of those times.
