Issues Fixed:

a. Replaced the damaged screen grid resistor.

b. Re-soldered all of the degraded soldering points.

c. Replaced both cathode bypass capacitors.

d. Fixed the wrong orientation coupling capacitor.

e. Fixed the broken PCB board copper tracing. One near the white capacitor was fixed by adding a metal connecting wire for proper connection.

f. Replaced one power supply bypass capacitor.

g. Adjusted the amplifier to factory settings to restore its best performance with the assistance of oscilloscope and other testing equipment.
